Welcome To Fence Sense
Recycled Fence Panels | Water Storage | Water Irrigation System
Fence Sense Ltd is a new start-up company, which was incorporated at Companies House on 10th October 2019. We started in January 2020, we shall be producing a unique, patented water storage/irrigation system integrated within fence panels that are made of 100% recycled polypropylene. We are supporting and using local designers and, as far as possible local manufacturers.
Already, we have a working prototype of the fence panel which, at 510mm high x 1825mm wide x 125mm deep (the exact width / length of current UK wooden fence panels), holds almost 85 litres of water (rain or manually fed). Therefore a set of three panels, have the water storage capacity of approximately 255 litres. This can be stored and used as required via integrated irrigation outlets. Any combination of panels can be used, e.g. only one, with a wooden panel above. A regular gravel board plus three of our panels will achieve a 6ft high fence.
As our product is ever evolving and expansive, it is definitely a work-in-progress, but we, and everyone we speak to, are excited about this innovative, eco-friendly system and our ideas are very forward thinking, with many other exciting options becoming available in the future. We are currently working on a unique fence post, to replace existing posts, which will offer a totally adaptable and optional set of add-ons.
